It takes about 2 working days for the Registrar of companies to issue your Certificate of Incorporation. You can take that to your bank with the company's rules (called Memorandom, Articles of Association) to open a company bank account.

We can help you apply for VAT & PAYE

VAT applies where sales exceed £55,000 pa or you can register voluntarily even if your sales are quite low. PAYE must be applied to earning drawn by a director.

We can produce your annual accounts for the Registrar of Companies and Corporation Tax purposes.
